1 lb. ground beef
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Small can tomato paste
1 big onion (chopped finely)
1 cup diced pimentos
2 buds garlic (chopped finely)
1 cup skinned almonds
1/4 t oregano
1 t salt
1/4 t black PepperSauté meat, onions and garlic. Add other ingredients, simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot with Frito Lay scoops. Fast, fun and easy … and, oh, so goooood!
