Three cans of Blue Runners New Orleans red beans, original
One bell pepper, chopped
Tablespoon of garlic, chopped
Two links of a good Cajun sausage
Chopped green onions
Cut up sausage and cook in olive oil until browned on a high heat, remove grease. Add bell pepper and garlic and cook for one minute. Add three cans of red beans. Bring to a boil while stirring, then, simmer for 10 minutes continuing to stir a lot. Place over rice and garnish with green onions.
