FRENCH ONION SOUP … OHOHOH!!!

This will give your tongue a tingle and bring your belly so much joy!!!

Ingredients:

•  3 large onions
•  Olive oil
•  Herbs de Provence
•  6 cups beef stock
•  Salt and pepper
•  French Bread sliced and toasted
•  Provolone Cheese (I buy them in the presliced circles for ease in prepping)

Directions:

  Slice onions and saute with oive oil in crock pot for an hour or so. Until carmalized.
  Add beef stock and salt and pepper taste.
  Cook until broth cooks down and onions become incorporated to your liking. (I like the flavors to be well blended    so I cook on high for at least an hour, cooking to add flavor)
  Put soup into oven safe bowls and top with toasted French Bread and slice of Provolone Cheese on top.
  Place in hot oven to melt cheese until slightly browned.
  Enjoy!!!!
