Cut London Broil into bite-size pieces and brown in a large pot. While browning, add Worcestershire sauce. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Chop onion, add and brown the edges, then add garlic cloves. Cook for one minute and add broth. Add all vegetables and sweet basil and bring to a boil. Let simmer for one hour. You can also serve in a bowl over elbow noodles.
