Easiest Cake Ever!!!
Ingredients:
1 (15.5 ounce) Box Yellow – any brand
3/4 cups Vegetable Oil
3/4 cups Pineapple Juice (I used juice from canned pineapple)
4 Large Eggs
Glaze:
2-3 Tbs. Pineapple Juice
1 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven 325 degrees
2. Prepare a Bundt or 6 mini Bundt Pans
3. Mix together for Cake Mix, 4 Eggs, Vegetable Oil and PineApple Juice in Large Bowl for 2 minutes. Then pour into prepared pan.
4. Bake 30 – 35 minutes or after toothpick comes out clean. Cake should be pulling away from the sides of pan.
5. Cool in pan on rack.
6. Glaze and pour over cake. Garnish with Pineapple pieces or bits.
I have wanted to try this recipe for a while. I know many people who tried it and am glad I did. It is DELICIOUS!!!!!!
