Just about everyone is eating healthier these days. Here is a fast, fun, friendly and healthy recipe for wild catch Sockeye Salmon. We love it and have it at least once a week.
You need some nonstick spray and a nonstick pan or some parchment paper on a pie pan or cookie sheet. I like the Paul Prudohmme Salmon Magic Seasoning, my wife likes Old Bay, so I do one salmon fillet for her and one for me.
Preheat oven to 450°
Place Salmon skin side down
Cover Salmon with the seasoning of your choice
Place a pad of room temperature butter on Salmon
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
Serve with a fresh vegetable and a nice wine!
Bon appétit! Good food, Good friends and a Good time!
