This particular salad is one of my favorites. Make sure all the ingredients have been REFRIGERATED before you prepare the salad. I served up the salad with a Blackened Chicken Alfredo. You can serve the salad in a bowl or on the plate.
INGREDIENTS
50/50 spinach/spring mix large container
Grape tomatoes, one package
One cucumber, peeled, deseeded, and diced
One package of feta cheese, tomato basil
One red bell pepper, diced
One bunch green onions chopped
Girard’s Champagne Salad Dressing (sold at most stores)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together well, pour entire bottle of champagne dressing over the salad. Toss salad, then, put salad in refrigerator for 20 minutes . Remove salad from refrigerator, toss again, and refrigerate for 10 more minutes. Your salad is now ready to plate.
