I have been eating these since I‘ve had a memory.
My grandmother cooked them, my mother cooks them, I cook them and now you can, too! I hold the family record, I ate eight of them at one sitting! They have been a family favorite for years, I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Fast, fun, and easy!
3 lbs. ground chuck
2 pkgs. McCormick Sloppy Joe Mix
1 white onion (grated)
1/2 jar of Heinz Chili Sauce
1/3 jar Taste of Asia Sweet Chili Sauce
2 small cans tomato paste
1 1/2 cups water
Salt and pepper
Brown meat and drain grease, add grated onion and brown. Add tomato paste to meat and onion. Let cook for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring often. Add Sloppy Joe mix, chili sauces, water and salt and pepper. Simmer and serve on hamburger buns.
Bon Appétit and Holiday Greetings!
