This Tuna Salad is amazing and healthy. It’s a great workout meal!

1 large can all white Tuna (drained)
1 box bowtie pasta, cooked Andante’
2 tbls. Flavored Olive oil
2 tbls. Butter (substitute margarine)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Italian Parsley (chopped fine)
Salt and pepper
(Suggestion: if too dry, add a little more Olive Oil

Cook pasta and place in large bowl. Add all the ingredients and stir and serve. You can use additional or fresh cooked Tuna also, put your spin on it. It is good hot or cold.
