The Louisiana State University of Alexandria is excited to announce the hiring of Sarah Corley as the new Director of the LSUA Children’s Center.
Sarah comes to LSUA after having spent the past two years in elementary education in Bunkie where she taught first and second grade. She received her bachelor’s degree in early education from Angelo State in Texas and her master’s degree from the University of Texas-Arlington in social work. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker.
“I am excited for this opportunity to move the Children’s Center forward and enhance all programs offered. We want to increase opportunities for our children and families in Central Louisiana and incorporate a more holistic approach with LSUA as a whole,” said Corley.
The LSUA Children’s Center is currently accepting enrollment applications for all ages. Additionally, there are scholarships available through the Birth to Three program from the Rapides Parish School Board.
