FEAST FOR GOOD CELEBRATES 15th YEAR WITH CHEF JOHN FOLSE!

Brought To You By St. Mary's Residential Training School

Famed Louisiana Chef John Folse is coming back to Central Louisiana and he would like to invite you to his dinner table!

On Wednesday, October 11, 2023 Chef Folse will once again partner with St. Mary’s Residential Training School to host Feast for Good at England Airpark Community Center. Guests will enjoy a gourmet meal prepared by Chef Folse and his team, a live cooking demonstration by Chef Folse, and access to exclusive live and silent auction items from vendors across Louisiana.

Chef Folse has been named “Louisiana’s Culinary Ambassador to the World” by the state legislature. He has prepared meals for some of the world’s most elite including American presidents and Pope John Paul II. Chef Folse’s relationship with St. Mary’s has spanned more than a decade, bringing this living Louisiana treasure to share his dinner table with Cenla guests.

“We couldn’t ask for a better friendship than the one we have with Chef Folse,” said Tamara McNulty, St. Mary’s Director of Development. “The service we provide Louisiana families is invaluable, yet so many people right here are unaware of the difference we make in the lives of young people with developmental disabilities. Chef Folse has not only made it his mission to personally support St. Mary’s work, but also provide this once-in-a- lifetime opportunity for others to join him and make a difference as well.”

Tickets to this year’s Feast for Good fundraiser are $100 per person and are limited to the first 250 guests. Proceeds will go towards St. Mary’s residential services. As home for 202 of your neighbors with developmental disabilities, the residential program of St. Mary’s not only provides a stable home, but the supportive services that your neighbors with the toughest disabilities rely on.
