BluVuDoo is a Jazz, Soul and Funk band based in Natchitoches, Louisiana. In the summer of 2018, a group of NSU music students wanted to come together to jam and perform in the community. These college students had performed in several other music groups, but finally found the right chemistry, the ingredients for a funkadelic musical experience, and have been steadily grooving and gigging in North and Central Louisiana ever since. The band members met at Northwestern State University’s school of Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) while studying different areas of music. BluVuDoo currently consists of five members–
