Ingredients:
1 Box White Cake mix
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
1 Can Crushed Pineapple
1 Stick of Butter
1/2 Cup of Chopped Pecans
Cooking Spray
Directions:
1. Spray lining of Crock Pot
2. Pour cherry pie filling in bottom
3. Drain juice from pineapple and reserve.
4. Spread pineapple over top of cherries in bottom of crock pot
5. Spread cake mix evenly over fruit.
6. Slice butter thinly and place over cake mix.
7. Sprinkle chopped pecans over butter
8. Pour pineapple juice evenly over the top
9. Put lid on crock pot and cook two hours
10. Enjoy!
Hint:
You can also do this in the oven but I wanted to try this in crock pot. I love the convenience of cooking with the crock pot for many recipes and thought this was worth the try. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
