Cheneyville, LA knows how to do it! In special celebration of their history, and their founding in 1812, this event has become an exceptional way to spend some time in October. A parade, car show, eats, music, vendors, and a very family-friendly atmosphere make this a perfect Saturday festival experience.Then, Sunday wraps everything up with a potluck dinner after church.
Cheneyville was once well-known for an annual Domino Festival so, of course, the festivities can’t continue without a Domino Tournament. I don’t know about you all, but it’s one of my favorite pastimes!
Cheneyville’s mayor Derrick Johnson extends warm appreciation to all who have worked so diligently to put the festival together and to all of you who attended.
