This year’s annual St. Mary’s fundraiser, featuring the inimitable Louisiana native and Chef Supreme, John Folse, was an amazing success. For the first time, the event sold out. Ticket sales, both silent and live auctions, the generosity of attendees, and a delicious dining experience, made for a tremendous evening.
John Folse and his team were phenomenal! They prepared a scrumptious culinary experience at White Oak Distillery in Baton Rouge, home of John’s full-service catering company and whiskey distillery, and brought it to Cenla. Sometimes it’s just too good, and this was one of those times. Imagine, if you can … the BEST!
Barbara Bonnette from Bonnette Auctions had the audience ready to bid and the selection of items was fantastic.
The event was held at the newly-remodeled community center on England Airpark.
What an absolutely fabulous way to enjoy an evening out while helping one of our areas most deserving programs. Watch for it next year and plan ahead to get your tickets early, this year’s event was a stellar success.
