RECIPES FROM CHILDHOOD: CRESCENT ROLL-UPS

BAKED MEMORIES, THE BEST!

Ingredients:

2 cans crescent rolls 

1 lb ground beef

18 oz honey barbecue sauce 

8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Seasoning

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Season to taste. Lay out one sheet of crescent rolls on a greased cookie sheet and press the seams together. 

Drain the cooked ground beef and add barbecue sauce. Spread the cheese over the crescent roll base and pour the barbecue meat mixture over the top of the cheese. 

Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and pinch seams together to make a single sheet. Lay over the top of the meat mixture. Pinch seams to close all edges. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cut into thin rectangular slices with a pizza cutter.
