Ingredients:
• 2 cup Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1cup Cup Cream Cheese
• 2 Egg
• 1 tsp. Almond Extract
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 6 oz package of Fresh Raspberries Chopped Up
• Pinch of Salt
• 1/3 cup sliced Almonds Chopped Up (Save some Slices for on top if you chose)
• Milk Chocolate Chips
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven at 350 degrees
2. Mix Flour and Baking Powder and set aside
3. Blend cream cheese, eggs, brown sugar, almond extract and salt
4. Add flour mixture slowly into the cream cheese mixture
5. Gently fold the Berries and chopped Almonds into the mixture
6. Use a teaspoon to drop dough onto the parchment paper covered cookie sheet
7. Bake for 15 minutes (cookies will not brown)
8. Melt Chocolate Chips and spread on top of cookies once they are cooled completely and add almond slice on top if you chose
Makes 18-20 Cookies
