NATCHITOCHES:

Happy BOM Bank 5-Year Anniversary, Drake! Congratulations to Drake Hale, our Senior Credit Analyst at the Operations Complex in Natchitoches, on reaching 5 years with BOM Bank!

For the past five years, Drake has played a key role behind the scenes, helping keep our lending operations strong and supporting the financial success of our communities. His dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make a difference every single day. Drake, we appreciate your hard work and the positive impact you bring to our team. Here’s to the past five years—and many more to come!

RAPIDES PARISH:

Madison Grace is a Teller I at BOM Bank, serving customers at our Kingsville branch. She’s originally from Provencal, Louisiana and earned her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University. When she’s not at work, Madison loves traveling, spending quality time with her family, shopping, and sharing her talents through music and singing. Fun fact: she’s tying the knot in May—congratulations, Madison! Madison has already made a fantastic impression in her first 90 days with us, and we’re excited to see all that she’ll accomplish moving forward. Welcome to the team, Madison—we’re so glad you’re here!

SABINE PARISH:

Go Zwolle Hawks! This past Friday, our BOM Bank team in Many, Louisiana proudly wore their Zwolle pride to work in support of the Zwolle Hawks boys basketball. The Hawks competed in the LHSAA Class B Championships and finished the season as state runner-ups! We’re proud to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and determination of these student-athletes and their incredible season.

CADDO/BOSSIER PARISHES:

BOM Bank was proud to serve as a sponsor of the Bossier Chamber of Commerce 78th Annual Meeting! This year’s theme, “Set Goals and Go Into 2026,” brought a fun Monopoly-inspired twist to an inspiring event focused on growth, strategy, and success. From passing “Go” to setting big goals for the year ahead, the energy in the room was all about moving forward and building stronger businesses in our community. Our BOM teams from Bossier and Caddo Parish had a great time connecting, celebrating, and supporting the incredible work being done across Northwest Louisiana.
