OH! These are a real treat … fast, fun, easy and SOOOO YUMMY!!!
Ingredients:
• 1 package of refrigerated pie crust
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• ½ cup unsalted melted butter
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups pecan halves
• ¼ tsp. salt
Instructons:
1. Preheat Oven at 350 degrees
2. Roll out pie crusts and fit them into the bottom of prepared 8×10 or 9×9 pan and set aside
3. In a mixing bowl blend corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, 3 eggs, and vanilla extract
4. Add pecans to mixture until they are all covered
5. Pour the mixture over the pie crust and spread evenly
6. Place in oven and cook 30 minutes or until golden brown
7. Cool completely before serving. Cut into bars
