MIND YOUR MANNERS

Brought To You By Founder and Director, Carolyn Rothermel

Proudly providing social etiquette and manners instruction to our neighbors in CenLa

I am very excited to bring this program to the CenLa area. With the initial classes of 1st through 5th grade students completed, the desire and demand for this education is strong.

Registration will open soon for classes to begin in early February.

Teaching manners to children within a peer group encourages them to make new friends, develop self-confidence and be comfortable together while learning and enjoying themselves. Through role-playing and hands-on experiences young ladies and gentlemen leave this program with confidence and poise from knowing the proper behavior in life’s situations.

My experience in teaching social etiquette inspired me to create a program which is based on Emily Post’s Etiquette – 19th Edition. With this in mind, my intention is to teach children and adults in our community how to become respectful and self-confident members of society.

MISSION STATEMENT

To provide both children and adults with knowledge and skills of social and business etiquette that will result in them showing honor, dignity and respect to other people while establishing themselves as a polite and successful member of society.

Over an eight-year period she taught 1st through 12th grade students in Pre-Cotillion, Junior Cotillion, and High School Cotillion.
