LIVING IN DIVINE ORDER

Brought To You By Journey Church; Pastor James Greer

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” — Matthew 6:33 (NKJV)

We often chase blessings, peace, and purpose—thinking we need to earn or find them. But the Bible makes it clear: when we seek God first, everything else finds its proper place.

Living in divine order isn’t about being perfect. It’s about putting first things first—and trusting God to take care of the rest.

The 3 Steps to Kingdom Living:

1. Let God Love You First You can’t love God the right way until you first receive His love. His love is the foundation for everything else. “We love Him because He first loved us.” — 1 John 4:19

2. Love God in Return When you experience His love, your natural response is devotion. You begin to give Him your heart, time, priorities, and obedience. “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” — Matthew 6:21

3. Totally Trust Him with Your Life When you love God and live for His purpose, He works everything — good and bad — for your good. “All things work together for good to those who love God…” — Romans 8:28

The Kingdom Formula:

Love God + Let God Love You + Serve and Give Out of That Love = All Things Work Together for Your Good

This isn’t just theology—it’s a blueprint for daily living.

Practical Application:

  • Start your day saying, “God, I receive Your love today.”
  • Throughout the day, ask, “How can I give You my best right now?”
  • At night, reflect: “Did I live with love and trust today?”

As you reorder your life around God’s love and Kingdom, you’ll notice something powerful: stress lessens, joy increases, and peace becomes your norm—not your exception.

Heart Check:

  • What do I invest in the most—my time, energy, resources?
  • Is that investment pulling my heart closer to God or somewhere else?
  • What needs to shift to bring divine order to my life?

Final Encouragement:

You don’t have to figure everything out. You just need to put God first—His love, His purpose, His way—and watch how  everything else falls into place. There’s no greater peace than living in divine order.
