Ingredients:
– Box of your favorite Brownie Mix
– 4 oz. Cream Cheese
– 1 ½ cups White Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
– Bake Brownies following the directions. Do not bake until sides are crusty.
– Let them cool completely in the pan with a cover foil to keep moisture.
– Once cooled, scoop brownies into large bowl. Remove any hard edges.
– Add Cream Cheese to the Brownies and stir together.
– Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and scoop out brownie mixture with a cookie scoop or large measuring spoon. Roll each scoop into a ball and place on parchment paper.
– Place cookie sheet in freezer for 30 minutes. (These were done with my young grandsons so we placed the balls into a mini muffin pan to allow them to put them in the freezer and coat them with chocolate and not have them roll off).
– Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave, (I like to use a double boiler for melting my chocolate).
– Pour chocolate over each of the balls by picking them up with a fork and dipping them in the pan of chocolate or by scooping chocolate and pouring over the balls. Whichever is easiest for you.
– Sprinkle with your favorite Holiday Decorations.
– Place the cookie sheet into the freezer until the chocolate hardens.
– They are kept best in the freezer and removed 5 minutes before serving.
** They may be stored in a refrigerator for up to a week in airtight container.
** They may also stored in freezer for up to a month in freezer bag or container.
