For 10 years, Louisiana Chef par excellence, John Folse, has shared his unique take on culinary delights with us through the St. Mary’s Training School annual fundraiser to bring Central Louisiana together in this much anticipated event. This year was awesome!

His brilliant sense of humor, coupled with his prowess in the kitchen, never disappoint John’s audience. Every aspect of this event is a joy. If you could only partake of the World Famous White Chocolate and Bourbon Pecan Pie, the evening would be worth it, but check out the menu below, it will WOW you!

We want to give you a heads up here … be on the lookout for the soon-to-be bottled John Folse Bourbon, coming to a location near you. It’s sure to delight your palate!

If you’ve never attended this event, it’s not too early to plan for next year, as you will help St. Mary’s Training School continue to provide important care and services to their residents in our community.
