Summer is upon us and I can’t find anyone! Did everybody go on vacation?
I have found over the years, come June 1, after Memorial Day, everyone takes off, whether they head to the beach or some other destination. Please be safe and always have some fun. Are you living to work or working to live is what I always ask. I am thrilled to see all the people who do “Staycations” right here in Louisiana. There’s really so much to do, but wherever you end up, be careful and enjoy your journey (we just can’t stress it enough, we LOVE YOU)!
Take a look around, you’ll find some amazing events all over your state. There’s always something for everyone. We heard there are many more festivals than days of the year right here in Louisiana … Maybe you should resolve to try and make as many as you can. We can assure you that you will pass a great time, yeah! We just attended one of our favorites in Natchitoches last month and are already looking forward to another in Marksville next month … two down, and we’re just beginning!!!
Wherever you go, whatever you do … Far away places or local locations, stock up on your supplies and stuff at your friends’ local businesses.
