Hey, Y’all!
Well, let’s see, we’ve got Mardi Gras, Valentine’s and, then, St. Patricks Day … what a great way to start 2022. We also have the Super Bowl, and even though we have no dog in the hunt, it will still make for a fun Sunday. It’s good to have a lot going on!
I remember back in the day when crawfish started up in April. Now you can find them everywhere, starting in January (occasionally December!). A little small, but easy to peel, and the prices should be trickling down soon. So, be sure to get out there and get you some … they are Louisiana GOOD, yeah!
New things are happening all over Cenla, things are looking up, so stay well and happy and see what you can find!
