That begins with Echo Children’s Mardi Gras and Chicken Run Parade at St. Frances de Sales Catholic Church. The parade and chicken run is scheduled to begin at 1:00pm followed by a community gumbo at 4:00pm for everyone ($6 bowl). For information, call 318.729.0683 or 318.709.0443.
