Grambling University’s Softball team participated in the “Hosea Bell Red Dirt Classic” hosted by Langston University. Grambling was one of 16 Teams (teams from Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Louisiana – Grambling) to play in this event. Games were played on three fields at the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex (Home of the NCAA Women’s College World Series) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The Red Dirt Classic was renamed, this year, the “Hosea Bell Red Dirt Classic” in honor of Langston softball coach Hosea Bell who passed away in September 2021.
Each team played four games with Langston vs Grambling closing out the Classic.
