Nearly everything we do is online. We order our food online, buy clothes, do bank transactions, call cabs, and In the age of “apps” you do not even have to leave the comfort of your own home in order to get fit.
There is good news and bad news. The bad news is that convenience and comfort have brought about a sedentary lifestyle and health issues, but the good news is more people are wanting to live healthier lifestyles without leaving the comfort of their own home and without having to break the bank to hire a trainer.
Instead of going to the gym, now consumers workout on their own time in their own locations (local gyms). Trainers and coaches can access their workouts and meal plans from anywhere, anytime providing quick feedback, and tips to guide them along the way on their fitness journey. Workouts are developed according to each client’s individual goals at different levels of difficulty: beginner, intermediate and advanced
Digital devices are more the personal trainers these days than an actual one on one session with a real trainer. First of all, this is much more economical and clients can do their own personalized workouts on their own time.
The cons are, clients are going to have to be self-disciplined, because they will not have their trainer standing over them pushing them, encouraging them, and most importantly, monitoring their form to make sure the client is performing the movement correctly so that they do not injure themselves or others.
Anyone who would like to try this can email me at Jlyles34@aol.com, and let me know a good time for me to perform a free consultation. By signing up now, you will be eligible for a discounted rate once my website is up in a few months. I will also have an app which will allow clients to connect, motivate, inspire one another, and achieve and share their progress and fitness goals with one another. All this at a much more economical rate than the average current rate of $50 an hour that gyms charge today.
My best wishes to all of you,
