BOM (Bank of Montgomery) ADDS DRAKE HALE TO THE FAMILY …

BOM Bank is welcoming a new member to the family! Drake Hale is the son of BOM’s President and CEO, Ken Hale. Drake will continue on the family legacy as a sixth generation banker. He recently graduated from Louisiana State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development. Drake is also an alumni of St. Mary’s Catholic school of Natchitoches, Louisiana. He is excited for his new role at BOM as a credit analyst. His hope is that with the guidance of his father and the experience of his other coworkers, he will learn as much as he possibly can about the family business and ultimately become a successful banker.

Drake said, “Being a sixth generation banker at BOM means a lot to me. – I am in a position that I always wanted to be in. I wanted to be a banker just like my dad.”

Ken and the team at BOM strive to be of service to their communities. There is an emphasis on giving-back that everyone at BOM embraces! It is Mr. Ken’s hope that this fervor for one’s community, that BOM was established with, continues on through Drake. There is always an endeavor to maintain the friendliness of a small community bank while still providing our customers with excellent service and care. BOM believes that our customers and the needs of their communities are important! It is because of this we try to sponsor, donate, and assist in almost anything we can. BOM has an active relationship with the American Heart Association, Boys and Girls Club, Women’s Resource Center, Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce, St. Mary’s School Athletic Association, and the Natchitoches Historic Foundation.

Ken is excited that the family tradition will continue on with his son. He says, “It makes me happy to have the next generation on the BOM team. Having youth in an organization is always a good thing. My son has grown up in and around BOM and he knows the passion I have for our communities. Drake will bring new perspectives that will help the business remain successful.”
