We are getting vaccinated and things are moving forward! We may actually be able to return to many activities, including our beaches this summer and football games this fall.
We will be missing one key ingredient of our New Orleans Saints though, our beloved Drew Brees. Drew Brees has done more for Louisiana sports and the city of New Orleans than any other athlete before him. We will always remember what Drew has done for the Saints, but more importantly, what he has done for our state!
Besides giving millions of dollars back, he has donated his time whenever needed or asked, especially since Katrina. His importance as a player can not overshadow what he has given back.
A future Hall of Famer and now adopted son of New Orleans, we wish you the very best and look forward to hearing you commentate in the NFL. Thank you, Drew!
