This month’s Around the State event is right in our backyard! While the Christmas event is but once a year, FYFT hosts a monthly community party usually held on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 4-7 PM.
In addition to the lineup of food trucks like The Sugar Shack, Keep on Rolling Eggrolls and More, ARABITes, and Boba Stop, there are a variety of other activities like inflatable axe throwing, inflatable Connect Four, inflatable jumpers, mobile arcade, various vendors, mobile petting zoo, and entertainment.
Last month Front Yard Food Trucks showed Elf on the giant screen, the holiday classic bringing families bundled in warm pajamas and blankets for the outdoor show.
The popular community event is a way to support local, visit with neighbors, and have fun. It is a family-friendly gathering place, the intended vision of its owners and it’s right here in Central Louisiana. You can even sign up for the weekly newsletter that shows which trucks will be at the park each day during the week as well as the special monthly event.
