FAST, FUN, EASY AND WHAT A WAY TO START THE DAY!!!
This is a family friend’s recipe that we just had to get out. This recipe was just too good not to share. You can make these year round. Bon appétit, Aaaaa Eeeee, Chef Dief!
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup flour
1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup butter melted – let cool
2 eggs slightly beaten
Set the oven at 350°. Combine dry ingredients, add melted butter and eggs, Mix until combined. in a greased mini muffin pan, fill 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen!
